Keeping Our Body Healthy

Good health is very important. Because we will be happy and we can do all our activities well. And on the other hand if we are sick, we do not have an appetite to eat, and we can not do anything. Therefore, we must keep our body healthy. It is better to prevent than to cure a sickness.

Trauma

Day after day, the body is always threatened by violence. Tigers, snakes, motor vehicles, bomb ... ... and the bacteria or viruses. Defense against this threat is different between people who with one other person. After the fall, there are people who will broken bones while others do not. there are people who will become ill after get typhoid bacillus infection, while others only a mild illness. Not only just a different defense on that one person with another person, sometimes materials used to build our bodies were often different, such as bone disease osteoporosis. Lightly collisions cause fractures in this disease. Violence is harmful to the body trauma (Latin: pain).

Edema

Edema is swelling of subcutaneous net, which when pressed will leave the basin (as well). The skin looks shiny and pale. This is caused by an abnormal accumulation of fluid between the cells outside the blood vessel.

Usually among the cell there is always a liquid, only in this edema excessive fluid. Space between cells called the interstitial space.

The way to be formed of Edema
Let us consider the interstitial space. All cells are covered by a liquid body is very important that the extracellular fluid, which is sometimes called the internal milieu interior or the environment.

Pneumonia Lobaris

Lobaris Pneumonia is an acute inflammation of lung tissue caused severe pneumococcal (= diplococcus pneumoniae). This name indicates that only one affected lung lobe. Depiction of lung illness often shows a definite limit to the thorax image examination.
There is various kind of pneumonia caused by other bacteria. This is bronchopneumonia pneumonia; hemophylus frequent cause influenza and pneumococcus (or staphylococcus myself when influenza epidemic).

Dehydration

The number of human body fluids is always set correctly. Approximately 60% of our body is water:
2 / 3 are in the cell, 1 / 3 is outside the cell (extracellular)
Of extracellular water 1 / 3 are in the bloodstream and 2 / 3 (= interstitial water) outside the blood stream.
At a weight of 60 kg:
total body fluids: 36 liters
in the cell: 24 liters
outside the cell: 12 liters
Interstitial water: 8 liters
• How does the body maintain the proper amount of water in the cell?
• How does the body maintain the proper amount of water in the room interstial?
• How does the body maintain the proper amount of water in the bloodstream?
